How to sync your email calendar and contacts to your phone or computer Print

Your OX App Suite account includes a calendar and an address book. You can sync both to your phone and computer so they stay up to date everywhere.

Use "Connect My Device" (recommended)

1. Log in to webmail at us.appsuite.cloud/appsuite.
2. Click your profile picture or initials in the top-right corner and choose Connect My Device.
3. Pick your device.
4. Choose Calendar or Address Book and follow the on-screen steps.
5. Repeat for the other one, and for each device.

Manual settings

If your app asks for a CalDAV (calendar) or CardDAV (contacts) account, use:

• Server: https://dav.us.appsuite.cloud/
• Username: your full email address
• Password: your mailbox password

iPhone and iPad

1. Open Settings → Apps → Calendar → Calendar Accounts → Add Account → Other.
2. Tap Add CalDAV Account and enter the settings above.
3. For contacts, do the same under Settings → Apps → Contacts and choose Add CardDAV Account.

Android

Android doesn't support CalDAV and CardDAV on its own. Install a sync app such as DAVx⁵ from the Play Store, add an account with the settings above, and your calendar and contacts will appear in your usual apps.

Outlook

Outlook doesn't sync CalDAV calendars natively. Use webmail for your calendar, or ask us about the best option for your setup.
