Our Professional Email service runs on OX App Suite. As well as working in Outlook, Apple Mail and on your phone, you can read and send email from any web browser.
Log in to webmail
- Go to us.appsuite.cloud/appsuite.
- Enter your full email address (for example
you@yourdomain.co.uk) and your mailbox password. - Click Sign in.
Tip: bookmark the page so it's easy to find next time.
What's included
- Mail: your inbox, folders, spam filtering, signatures and out-of-office replies.
- Calendar and Address Book: which can sync to your phone and computer.
- Drive: online file storage for documents and email attachments.
Forgotten your password?
Mailbox passwords are managed from your account on this portal. See How to create email mailboxes and set passwords. If you don't have access to the portal account, ask the account holder or contact us.
"User is deactivated" message
If you see an AUTHORIZATION-0001 or "user is deactivated" error, the mailbox has been suspended, usually because of an unpaid invoice. Check your account for outstanding invoices or contact us.
